Wholesale Terms

Payment required in full at time of shipment.

Order Minimums

Order minimums are specified for each product.
Wholesale buyer must provide proof of business (physical retail location or website) in order to purchase pieces at wholesale cost.

Krystell Barraza LLC does not drop ship or consign, no exceptions.

Payments

Payment options include ACH bank transfer, credit card, or cashier’s check / money order. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment for the goods shall be made in full at time of shipment.
Deposits may be required for certain products before beginning production.

For international orders, all export and import documentation, licenses, duties, taxes or other obligations or costs relating to the delivery shall be the Buyer’s responsibility.

Sale of Goods & MSRP

Buyers acknowledge that they are acquiring the Goods for the purposes of trade or business only. Any resale of Krystell Barraza LLC products on public forums such as Amazon, Ebay, Poshmark, Etsy, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace or Zulily are expressly prohibited.

The Goods must be sold at the recommended retail price (as notified to you by Krystell Barraza LLC) unless the Goods are advertised as being “on sale” or the equivalent.
